Location
Phineas Q. Butterfat’s Ice Cream Parlor is the first “walk-up” dining location on your left as you enter Springfield, located directly beside the Special Effects Show.

Ice Cream Conan
Served in a cake or waffle cone with your choice of Vanilla or Chocolate soft serve ice cream and your choice of flavor swirl: Stawberry, Banana Ripple, Root Beer, Watermelon, Tropical Orange, Black Cherry, Cotton Candy, and Chocolate Swirl.
Brain Freezin’ Sundae
Your choice of Chocolate or Vanilla soft serve and a choice of one topping: Strawberry Sauce, Chocolate Syrup, Chocolate Sprinkles, Butterfinger, Oreo Cookie, Whipped Cream.
Brain Freezin’ D’oh-Nut Sundae
Your choice of Chocolate or Vanilla soft serve served with the signature pink frosted donut and your choice of one of the above toppings!
Choco/Strawberry Sundaes at 8
Vanilla or Chocolate soft serve ice cream topped with chocolate and strawberry sauce with whipped cream.
Cookies ‘N Cream ‘N Things
Chocolate or Vanilla soft serve topped with strawberry sauce, Oreo cookies, and whipped cream.
Mr. Teeny’s Banana Delight
Your choice of Chocolate or Vanilla soft serve ice cream topped with banana foster, chocolate sauce, whipped cream, and banana chips.
Phineas Q. Butterfat’s Everything But The Kitchen Sink
Chocolate or Vanilla soft serve ice cream topped with every single topping option!
Beverages
Typical soft drink selection, Starbucks coffee, hot chocolate, Tazo tea, milk and chocolate milk, bottled water and the signature “Buzz Cola.” Simpsons inspired sipper cups are also sold here, as well!

If you want ice cream and you are having a hard time deciding between this and Ben and Jerry’s, definitely go for Phineas Q. Butterfat’s Ice Cream Parlor. Not only are its prices competitive and its location convenient, but they have a much better variety, and in my opinion, much better ice cream!
Our favorite specialty sundae they serve here is “Phineas Q. Butterfat’s Everything But The Kitchen Sink.” It comes with your choice of chocolate or vanilla soft serve, chocolate sauce, strawberry sauce, sprinkles, Butterfinger crumbles, crushed Oreo cookies, and the most delicious whipped cream you’ll ever have (hands down).
Phineas Q. serves large ice creams
These Sundaes and Ice Cream Conans can easily be shared between two people, but if you’re selfish like we are, it is more than enough for one person. Parents should exercise caution! We mean it when we say these things are big! If your kids are willing, we would highly recommend having them split their sundae or else you’ll be battling hyperactive children with upset stomachs for the rest of the day.
Walk-up only!
Be aware that Phineas Q is a walk-up style eatery with no designated seating. Easily accessible seating is located next to Lard Lad Donuts and The Android Dungeon and Baseball Card Shop. With all of that said, we highly recommend you make a stop here during your trip if you are in the mood for some ice cream!
