Starting this Friday, SeaWorld Orlando will be offering free beer to park guests all summer long. The free brews will be available at the park starting this Friday, May 18 through September 2, 2018 from 10:30 a.m. to one hour before park close. Complimentary domestic and seasonal beers will be available to guests 21 years of age and older. Guests can visit Mama’s Pretzel Kitchen Patio and receive up to two complimentary 7-ounce beers per visit. Universal has announced today that Trick ‘r Treat will be featured as a haunted house at Halloween Horror Nights in Orlando and Hollywood. Ray Rush has officially opened at SeaWorld Orlando’s Aquatica water park, and SeaWorld was kind enough to invite us out to check out the new water slide. The nearly 60-foot tall attraction is being billed as a first of its kind family ride, that features three exciting slide elements. First, riders will be launched with powerful water jets designed to propel the rafts into the first of several enclosed tube sections. SeaWorld Orlando has announced that the popular Electric Ocean event is coming back in 2018, returning May 25 for another summer of fun. Throughout the night, guests can experience several returning favorites and new additions to this year’s event. New for 2018, the park will be introducing “Touch the Sky” a new show that will feature bottlenose dolphins, beautiful macaws and an original musical score. Universal Studios Hollywood announced today that Jurassic World is coming to the Park in 2019! Another long-standing restaurant is set to close at CityWalk, as it was announced that Emeril’s Orlando will be closing this year. First reported by the Orlando Sentinel, the final day of operation will be July 7. The high-end restaurant, which is operated by celebrity chef and Food Network star, Emeril Lagasse, opened with CityWalk in 1999 and was one of the last original opening day locations left. The restaurant serves gourmet Creole creations, described as “New” New Orleans cooking. This is the 2nd restaurant owned by Emeril that has closed at the Resort in the past year. The new attraction combines three unique slide elements, never before seen at Aquatica, into one action-packed attraction the entire family can enjoy together.
