Universal Orlando Resort hosted world-renowned tequila expert David Grapshi for an in-depth training and tasting session with the staff of Antojitos Authentic Mexican Food, one of several new venues opening as part of a historic expansion to Universal CityWalk. Grapshi is the first person ever certified as a “tequila connoisseur” by Mexico’s National Chamber for the Tequila Industry. Antojitos, which boasts a selection of more than 200 different tequilas, will feature authentic tapas-style dining in an environment inspired by the cantinas, street carts and markets of Mexico City.
