Philly Brisket is out; Carnitas are in! Universal Orlando has tweaked the menu at Green Eggs and Ham Cafe inside Seuss Landing, adding 2 new items while dropping the Philly Brisket Tot plate.
The new additions are:
During our visit, we tried the Carnitas Tots and found them to be a much better addition than the Philly Brisket. The taste definitely had a “nacho” vibe, just with tots instead of tortilla chips. The jalapenos added a nice kick of heat, with the salsa and crema adding freshness to cool off the spice.
The Philly Brisket was added in early 2021 before being dropped this week.
Our favorite is still the Buffalo Chicken Tots, but the Carnitas are a welcomed addition to the Tot line-up.
