Universal Orlando has announced that its popular attraction – The Revenge of the Mummy – will be closed for a lengthy refurbishment beginning January 7.
The attraction is expected to remain closed through late summer 2022.
No other details have been given or what exactly the refurbishment will entail. Universal states to “stay tuned to UniversalOrlando.com” for updates at a later time.
Based on the 1999 film remake, the indoor roller coaster opened at Universal Studios Florida in May 2004.
