Universal Orlando has announced it will resume billing monthly payments for annual passholders using the FlexPay program beginning on June 25, 2020.
Monthly payments were postponed on March 25, 2020, after the resort shut down due to the Coronavirus pandemic.
Monthly payments will resume on the passholders regularly scheduled payment date, starting with the first postponed payment. Payments will continue until the end of the term. Universal states that no more than one payment per month will be collected unless your account has a past due balance.
All Annual and Seasonal Passes have automatically been extended by the number of days the theme parks were closed.
- If you’re in the initial 12 months of your FlexPay contract, payments will be collected until all twelve (12) monthly payments are fulfilled as part of your initial term. At the end of your initial term and pursuant to your FlexPay contract, your Pass will renew on a month-to-month basis until you cancel.
- If you have already fulfilled your initial term and are currently month-to-month, we will continue to collect payments at the monthly rate set forth in the renewal rate notice sent in accordance with your FlexPay contract until you cancel. Your regularly scheduled payment date will remain the same.
