Fun Spot Orlando announced plans for expansion, releasing concept art but are mum on specific details.
Falcon’s Creative Group was chosen to design the new expansion – with the proposed master plan including six new themes that will be applied across the entire par and using 12 acres of undeveloped property; creating thematic narratives that will transport guests to classic American past and present time periods.
The Concept art released shows a proposed parking garage, small water park, possible expansion to its Go-Kart tracks, and an assortment of new amusement rides – along with a general beautification of the whole park.
Regarding the plans, Fun Spot stated:
We want to continue to give you, our guests, the best guest experience we are able to offer. We’ve read your reviews, heard your wishes and took that all into consideration. While these are just plans and not everything you see is set in stone, we will continue to offer and hope to bring more memorable moments our guests as we continue to grow.
The expansion is set to take place in the coming years, and will also incorporate new food and beverage partners, coasters, water rides and more.
