Flying Fish Cafe at Disney’s Boardwalk will close on Jan. 31 to begin a months-long renovation.
According to the Disney Parks Blog, Walt Disney Imagineering and the culinary team plan to renovate the restaurant; which will include a new look, new menu and “re-imagined” dining room, but will “still have an onstage kitchen and an airier design, with more room for the popular Chef’s Counter and wine dinners.”
