After getting confirmation yesterday during IPW 2015 – an expo for the travel industry – Universal has officially released information about their next CityWalk venue, NBC Sports Grill & Brew!
NBC Sports Grill & Brew will be another addition to recent overhaul of Universal’s CityWalk area, which recently saw the additions of Antojitos, Cowfish, Red Oven Pizza and more.
The new restaurant promises to “deliver the ultimate sports dining experience”. A massive HD stadium screen – more than 100-feet wide – will tower over guests as they enter the restaurant. Searchlights will span the sky. As guests enter, food will be prepared on open kettle grills set where everyone can watch. The restaurant will also feature nearly 100 HD TV screens that will be playing a constant stream of live sports content and in-depth sports coverage.
Universal promises over 100 different beer varieties—including an exclusive draft you’ll only find at the new venue. There will be an outdoor beer garden where you can relax after a day in the theme parks, enjoy a good meal and beer, and catch a game.
NBC Sports Grill & Brew is scheduled to open this fall.
Universal Orlando Resort has unveiled 18 new guest experiences in the past five years – and more is on the way. Coming in 2016 is Universal Orlando’s fifth on-site hotel, Loews Sapphire Falls Resort; and Skull Island: Reign of Kong, a groundbreaking attraction in Islands of Adventure. And in 2017 will come Universal’s Volcano Bay, an entirely new water theme park experience.
