Walt Disney World Resort celebrates Independence Day over the course of 2 days – July 3 and 4. Three of their parks will have grand firework displays, as well as a few added activities to celebrate America’s birthday.
“Disney’s Celebrate America! A Fourth of July Concert in the Sky” – A 14-minute fireworks spectacular will take place at the Magic Kingdom, kicking-off at 10 p.m.
At Disney’s Hollywood Studios, the “Coolest Summer Ever” Dance Party leads up to a “Rockin’ Fourth of July Celebration” fireworks show. Dance Party starts at 5:45, Rocking Fireworks start at 10:15 p.m. Fireworks show will only be held on July 4.
Epcot’s “Illuminations: Reflections of Earth” features a special finale to celebrate our Independence at 9 p.m. on July 3 and 4. Also, The Voices of Liberty perform a Fourth of July concert at the America Gardens Theatre at 12:30, 1:45, and 3 p.m., and in the American Adventure pavilion at 4:15 and 5 p.m. Special patriotic character greetings also are available at various times throughout the day.
Universal Orlando
Believe it or not, Universal Orlando does not do anything extra for 4th of July – something they haven’t done in a few years. The good news is that their nighttime show – Cinematic Spectacular – can still be enjoyed as the park closes at 10pm.
SeaWorld Orlando
SeaWorld Orlando’s Fourth of July Celebration features a grand fireworks show, as well as takes place during their Summer Nights event.
The fireworks display will take place at Bayside Stadium and will include a spectacular, patriotic-inspired show featuring the Navy Band Southeast of Jacksonville, Fla. The Fourth of July Celebration begins at 10 p.m.
While at the park, guests can also take advantage of SeaWorld Orlando’s Summer Nights festivities including the Celebrating America Concert Series. Concerts take place in the air-conditioned Nautilus Theater at 5 p.m. and 7:30 p.m., and are included with park admission. Busch Gardens
Busch Gardens will be open until midnight, allowing guests to ride some great thrill rides such as Falcon’s Fury and Cheetah Hunt. Fireworks illuminate the sky at 9:30 p.m., with the best views in Gwazi Park right after the acrobatics show, Kinetix.
