This past Saturday, Universal Studios kicked off their annual Mardi Gras event; with 4 all-new floats, lots of entertainers and beads! Other floats have been improved, and confetti was everywhere! After the parade, the B-52s took to the stage and performed some of their hits, such as “Love Shack”.
On Saturdays and select nights starting through April 14, Universal Orlando’s Mardi Gras celebration combines unparalleled theme park entertainment with an elaborate Mardi Gras parade, dozens of colorfully costumed performers, authentic New Orleans bands, delicious Cajun cuisine and live concerts by some of today’s most popular artists.
