WHAT: Open casting call for dynamic singers and dancers at Universal Studios Hollywood as the theme park readies its new “Halloween Horror Nights” live stage performance, “Rocky Horror Picture Show: A Tribute.” Versatile performers are invited to step through the time warp again to audition for principal roles: Dr. Frank N. Furtur, Janet Weiss, Brad Majors, Riff Raff, Magenta and Rocky.
The “Halloween Horror Nights” event at Universal Studios Hollywood has been re-design for 2009 and will feature all-new mazes and scare zones based on some of the most terrifying horror and slasher films. Attraction highlights include “Saw: Game Over,” “Halloween: The Life and Crimes of Michael Myers,” and “Shaun of the Dead,” as well as the all-new “Terror Tram: Live or Die on the historic Universal backlot.”
“Halloween Horror Nights” kicks off Friday October 2 and will continue for 16 nights on consecutive weekends and select weekdays. More information is available at www.HalloweenHorrorNights.com.
